 Dunoon mug

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend!
Sadly, the weather has been terrible in Belgium and we had to do the egg hunt inside the house (pretty lame, I know).
With all the rain outside, I had plenty of time to bake an Easter cake. So, on Saturday I made a Lemon cake with black tea frosting from Honey & Jam and decorated it with Cadbury Mini Eggs and little chicks.
I can’t tell you how much my family enjoyed this cake. It’s pretty much the perfect lemon cake with a hint of black tea. Delicious!

The last picture is a picture of my new (Downton Abbey inspired) mug I got for Easter! How amazing is it? Cora Crawley must be pretty jealous…

Love,
Sara

That cake is absolutely adorable, and I've never heard of black tea frosting but it sounds delicious. Sounds like you had a lovely Easter :)

  13. Okay... I'm newly addicted to your blog. I got disgracefully out of the habit of reading most blogs, but I think I've just caught up on four months or so here, and I can't tell you how much I like the quite, pretty, aesthetic. Escpecially your Christmas posts!

Happy belated easter, by the way. : )

Merci beaucoup!

Come a little bit closer, hear what I have to say. Just like children sleepin', we could dream this night away.
