Dunoon mug
I hope you
all had a wonderful Easter weekend!
Sadly, the weather has been terrible in Belgium and we had to do the egg hunt inside the house (pretty lame, I know).
With all the rain outside, I had plenty of time to bake an Easter cake. So, on Saturday I made a Lemon cake with black tea frosting from Honey & Jam and decorated it with Cadbury Mini Eggs and little chicks.
I can’t tell you how much my family enjoyed this cake. It’s pretty much the perfect lemon cake with a hint of black tea. Delicious!
