Skirt&blouse&denim jacket from H&M, Shoes&bag from Primark
This is what I wore to go to the Roger Waters’ concert on Friday.
I love this skirt. It’s actually one of my favorites, I could wear it every day!
It has a 70’s vibe and the colors are just so autumn like…
What about the concert?
It was AMAZING! God knows, I’ve been to a lot of concert but this one tops them all.
Luckily I was just in time for the ‘Classic Rock Revival’ as I like to call it; great bands from the sixties and seventies who make their final (?) tour around the world. For money? Maybe, but I always regretted I was not able to see my favorite bands in the actual year their albums came out.
‘The Wall’ is an epic album and so was the concert. You just had to be there.
It was quite the spectacle. Roger ‘s voice is almost the same as it was 30 years ago. The visuals during the concert were breathtaking. It was an evening I'll never forget.
I also bought some merchandise at the concert; a tote bag and a badge. I just couldn’t resist.
As you know (or maybe not) I love sixties/seventies music.
Do not ask me what the new song from Lady Gaga is because I wouldn’t know…
I’m not an outsider either but the only recent music I listen to are Fleet Foxes, Alela Diane and Bon Iver.
So tonight is THE night. THE concert.
The Wall performed by Roger Waters.
I just can’t wait! I already have my tickets for over a year hehe
On Sunday, I needed a break from studying for the finals and went to Brussels city to witness something extraordinary.
Hermès was having a ‘Festival of Crafts’ to show the world their craftsmanship in every detail.
It was really weird to touch every material (silk, leather) and to photograph every step that is needed to make a scarf, a handbag or a watch.
(this only a small selection of pictures, I’ll upload them on flickr too)
As you can see, I also bought a new lens (EF 50mm f/1.8 II) for my Canon. After seeing Kris Atomic beautiful pictures, I just needed a 50 mm lens…
I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do.
Love,
Sara
