H&M spring

Looks like Spring is here to stay.

After a terrible cold month of May the sun is finally shining again. The temperatures are rising and I find myself browsing through my summer dresses and sandals every morning. We thought these sunny days would never come. 

It’s the perfect opportunity to finally wear the new items I got at H&M lately.
Light knits and statement skirts are the highlight of their Spring collection this year. The combination of grey and orange items is absolutely perfect.

The pineapple espadrilles (my favorite summer footwear) are still on my wishlist and I hope to find them before my summer holiday starts.

H&M Fall preview

I wasn’t sure when I was going to post these pictures (it’s summer after all) but as Western Europe has been having autumnish weather, I was thinking I might post them now.

I was kindly invited by H&M at the preview of their upcoming Fall collection. Autumn is my favorite season and once the sales hit July, it’s all I can think about.
I was happy to see that mustard (my favorite!) is still a popular color and that big big big sweaters are making a comeback.


I was also totally smitten with the guys collection, you must take your boyfriend shopping at H&M and steal everything afterwards ;)

It’s been a long time since I’ve shown my face around here. It’s not easy taking outfit pictures when it’s raining all the time. This has to be the worst Spring in ages (I read somewhere it’s colder now than on Christmas day!). All I want to do is wear dresses and sandals like last year…

H&M Bloggersday

Last Thursday, I was invited by H&M on their very first bloggersday. The H&M team and bloggers all had lunch together and it was the perfect opportunity to catch up and talk about everything (H&M) fashion related. 

After a delicious lunch, we participated in workshops including a ‘how to’ with a professional photographer and make-up artist. Of course the bloggersday was all about clothes, so we had the chance to style our very own outfit with the items from the Fashion Against Aids 2012 collection (in stores now!). 

I want to thank H&M for this lovely afternoon.
