Here are some pictures from my weekend.
We had beautiful weather so I decided to enjoy it to the fullest.
First of all we went to the English store to pick up the last goodies for the Halloween party and some canned pumpkin. I made (and ate) pumpkin pie for the first time! It was just how I imagined it: smooth, delicious and very cinnamon-y! I’ll make another post about it soon ;)
Also, I’m in love with that Fleet Foxes song. Seriously, I listened to it all weekend long…
Hope you had a great weekend too,
Love,
Sara

Sunday morning.
It was a bright and early wake-up because of the long hike we had planned that day. But first, tea in bed followed by cranberry walnut pancakes.
It’s that time of year again when all I can think of is what I’m going to dress up on Halloween and what fall recipes I should to try next. It’s also that time of year when I become obsessed with Twin Peaks and horror movies…
Oh October, I love you.
Love,
Sara
PS: What are you going to dress up as on Halloween?

Well, I saw it coming: I’m having a terrible cold.
Maybe it’s because of the freezing air on the plane or because it has been 10°C (50°F) over here. The only things that keep me going these days are autumn images on tumblr and tea.
On the bright side, it gives me lots of time to knit and to plan an upcoming Halloween party…
As you can see these pictures were taking before the leaves started changing colors. Hope you like the new banner too!
Happy thanksgiving to all the Canadians out there! Have a wonderful time.
Love,
Sara
Come a little bit closer, hear what I have to say. Just like children sleepin', we could dream this night away.
