flowers of the soul

When we reflect on the meaning of love, we see that it is to the heart what the summer is to the farmer's year.
It brings to harvest all the loveliest flowers of the soul.
 - Billy Graham

Nothing makes me happier than to spend long warm summer evenings working on my plot at the community garden near my house.

Chatting with fellow gardeners, exchanging tips and fresh produce or helping each other out by sowing rows of spinach seeds.

Creating friendships and filling our hearts with love.

Best,
Sara

I see fire

Definitely one of my favorite moments from the latest Hobbit movie.

Such a meaningful and beautiful song.

beyond the sea

We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch – we are going back from whence we came.

- John F. Kennedy

It is the month of June

It is the month of June,
The month of leaves and roses,
When pleasant sights salute the eyes
And pleasant scents the noses.
- Nathaniel Parker Willis

Have a great weekend,
